Valerie Hayden, Group Head of Talent Management at Coats, is a highly experienced senior HR leader who has worked in multiple industries throughout the world such as manufacturing, banking, insurance and IT. Based in Singapore, she has a strong reputation for driving transformational change, creating innovative initiatives with business outcomes and is an ICF-certified coach who builds high performing teams.

Valerie's strength as a business partner have been instrumental in her growth as an HR professional and aside from work, she is very passionate about her hobbies which include pilates, golf and meditation.
